ROSS Controls® Inline Poppet Soft Start EEZ-ON® Valves – 27 Series
The ROSS® Soft Start EEZ-ON® valves 27 Series are designed to allow a gradual buildup of downstream air pressure before opening to full air flow. This gradual pressure buildup allows cylinders and other work elements to move slowly and more safely into their normal working positions before full line pressure is applied. An adjustable restriction within the Soft Start EEZ-ON® valve determines the rate of downstream pressure buildup, and consequently the time delay for the full opening of the EEZ-ON® valve. The ROSS® Soft Start EEZ-ON® Valves 27 Series are poppet design in-line mounting valves. Offered with solenoid pilot controlled 3-way 2-position function, and with pressure controlled 2-way 2-position or 3-way 2-position function, these valves help protect your equipment, and make your environment a safer workplace.
For added safety, the EEZ-ON® valve can be used in conjunction with the L-O-X® valve to provide a lockout and exhaust feature. The lockout and loft start functions are available in one combined unit, see Lockout L-O-X® valves with Soft Start EEZ-ON®.
