    Position Summary Experienced individual who can read blueprints, set up machines using instructions and use gauges, calipers and micrometer equipment to inspect machined parts. Maintain ISO standards through continuous improvement activities and help develop and improve upon current machining processes. Expected to deburr parts, perform preventive maintenance on machines and use knowledge, skills and abilities to support Lean manufacturing processes. Education Must be a high school graduate, or equivalent, with related vocational classes or degree preferred. Experience Minimum one year CNC machining experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to transport 50 lbs., work and communicate effectively in a team environment and be PC literate.     Position Summary Automatic Valve Industrial has an immediate opening for an Assembly/Quality Associate to join our high volume, semi-automatic production line. Associate will review blueprint drawings and assemble parts sequentially according to specifications by using an array of tools and equipment. Associate will conduct quality assurance checks to confirm assembled products meet quality standards and ISO requirements. Associate will use knowledge, skills, and abilities to support Lean manufacturing processes by maintaining a clean and safe work area and following all quality and safety procedures. We prefer candidates who have some experience in manufacturing, but are willing to train the right person. Education Associate must be a high school graduate, or equivalent. Experience Minimum one year assembly experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Associate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be proficient with a variety of manual and power tools; able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods; work and communicate effectively in a team environment; and be PC literate.
