that were created for use by ROSS customers, distributors, and employees.

Index File:
This workbook includes two spreadsheets - one for the ROSSNDX, which
provides kit numbers for standard model repair parts (including solenoids
and replacement) and another spreadsheet for ROSS
Z Card (Special Models). Z
Card model numbers are slightly modified standard valves. These
special models are quite varied and are not listed in standard catalogs.
This Z Card spreadsheet provides a description of the standard model
number and how it was modified to become a Z Card model. The file
also lists kit numbers for repair parts, solenoids, and replacement
model numbers. The file size is approximately 2 megabytes. Click

NOTE: After opening the ROSSNDX file, you can save the
file to your hard-drive for later use. However, the links to drawings
require a connection to the internet. A free CD ROM version of the ROSSNDX
that includes the drawings is available from ROSS Technical
Services.

Sizing File:
This Excel workbook file contains four individual spreadsheets.
Each sheet has a program for different types of calculations.
Sheet 1 calculates Cv requirement, Flow in SCFM, and piston extend/retract
force. Input your values for the application in question.(inlet
pressure, allowable pressure drop, time for cylinder extension, etc.)
Sheet 2 calculates the Cv requirements for an air motor application
when the flow requirement is known. Sheet 3 is a conversion utility
for CFM to SCFM. Sheet 4 is used to calculate total Cv for components
