NEW SELECT 4400 - The Solution
to 40-Bar Air Control from ROSS CONTROLS®
ROSS
CONTROLS® introduces the SELECT 4400
series of pneumatic valves for high-pressure air that solve many of
the problems unique to the PET stretch-blow molding industry as well
as a myriad of other applications.
Utilizing
a patented design for internal components and flow areas, ROSS has created
a series of valves that can provide pre-blow air pressure, controlled
flow of pre-blow air, select capability between low-pressure pre-blow
air and high-pressure final-blow air, plus a check function that prevents
high-pressure flow upstream into the low-pressure air supply.
Sound
too specialized for your application? Although these valves were originally
developed to meet the special high-pressure needs of the plastics industry,
the individual valves are available in several common functions such
as 3/2 normally closed (Primary valves), Pressure Selectors, 2/2 normally
closed, 2/2 normally open. All are base mounted for ease of maintenance.
SELECT
4400 units are available in port
sizes of G ¾” and G 1”. Maximum operating pressure
is 600 PSIG (40 bar).
