ROSS' Lavonia, Georgia facility is located approximately two hours northeast of downtown Atlanta and one and one-half hours southwest of Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina. Just off I-85, this 55,000 square foot facility is home to a world class staff. The Lavonia facility is ISO 9001 certified and involved with continuous improvement efforts to remain "world class."

Machining - ROSS employees utilize state of the art CNC machines and turning/milling machines to prepare valve bodies or solutions for the assembly process.

Assembly - A team-oriented approach, organized in manufacturing cells, is deployed to assemble and final test our products. These assembly teams are empowered to take corrective action with anyone in the manufacturing process to ensure achievement of ROSS' premium quality standards.

Purchasing - ROSS' global procurement processes are coordinated here. Close personal relationships with our suppliers are a hallmark of this group.

Quality Assurance - the entire manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and customer service operations are designed to conform to ISO 9000 certification requirements.
